About Conference and Event Kits
A conference kit is judged in the first thirty seconds: the bag, the lanyard, the badge, the pen and whatever else is in there. We build delegate kits that feel considered and arrive on time, from the tote or conference bag through to speaker gifts and awards for the closing dinner. Stage branding, banner walls, pull-ups and tablecloths come from the same team, so the room matches the bag. We pack per delegate or per event, ship to the venue and can hold surplus for the next one. Speaker and sponsor gifts can be upgraded from the executive range. Send us delegate numbers, the venue date and the budget per head and we will put a kit together with mockups.

Can you pack per delegate?
Yes. Each kit is packed ready to hand over at registration, and we deliver to the venue.
Do you do lanyards and badges?
Yes. Lanyards are printed in-house, and badge holders and printed name badges are available on request.
Can stage branding come from the same order?
Yes. Banner walls, pull-ups, X-banners and tablecloths are produced alongside the kits so the room matches the bag.
How long does an event kit take?
10 to 15 working days after artwork approval. Brief earlier for large delegate numbers or custom bags.
