About Bags

The JIMBU Shop carries every stock bag range you could need, and where a stock item won't do, JIMBU CMT manufactures custom bags to your spec in our Durban factory. Embroidery and print are done in-house, and we handle sampling, artwork approval, packing and nationwide delivery. Spur wanted a laptop backpack for the group that looked like a retail product rather than promo stock. We sourced a structured backpack with proper padding and compartments, embroidered the Spur mark in-house so it would outlast the bag, and packed for distribution. It is the kind of bag people carry every day, which is the whole point of putting a logo on one.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for branded bags?
Stock bags from 25 to 50 units for embroidery or print, giveaway drawstrings from around 100. Custom manufactured bags from JIMBU CMT usually start at 200 to 300 units depending on the design.
Can you make a custom bag design?
Yes. If a stock bag won't do, JIMBU CMT manufactures to your spec in our Durban factory, from fabric and colour through to trims and labels. We sample first, then produce.
Embroidery or print for bags?
Embroidery for durability and a premium look on backpacks, laptop bags and totes. Print for large artwork, full colour and lower cost on cotton, canvas and non-woven bags.
How long does a bag order take?
Stock bags with in-house branding, 7 to 15 working days after approval. Custom manufacture, 4 to 8 weeks including sampling. Imported items take longer and we quote each one.
