About Staff Onboarding Packs
A welcome pack tells a new hire what the company thinks of them before anyone has said a word. We build onboarding packs that feel deliberate: a branded tee or golfer, a bottle or mug, a notebook and pen, and a printed box or bag to hold it, with a welcome card if you want one. We have packed onboarding kits for large call centre operations like Concentrix as well as small head office teams, and we scale from 20 units a month to several hundred. Packs can be held in stock and shipped as people start, which saves HR from managing boxes. Uniform items for frontline staff can be added from JIMBU Uniforms.
