Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager with experience in an agency/ design environment to join our dynamic team in Riverhorse Valley, Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional client service, and meeting their various marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in a professional manner, overseeing administrative tasks such as briefing various design briefs on Chase Software (training provided) and ensuring timely delivery before deadlines.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all their needs.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- Oversee web-related and social media campaigns.
- Assist with planning and coordinating small photoshoots for different client campaigns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure prompt project and campaign delivery.
Requirements and Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in advertising or marketing agencies, focusing on design, digital and social media marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management aptitude.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and confidently interact with clients.
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Social Media experience is advantageous.
